pThe ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. He should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. He should provide HR guidance, support employee relations, administer HR policies and processes. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions /liliManage day to day HR operations /liliMaintain HR documentation /liliSupport employee relations /liliTrack HR metrics, monitor employee attendance /liliConduct interviews via phone or in-person /liliQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews /liliServe as contact person for questions from candidates /liliMeet weekly quotas related to calls and emails /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliAt least 2 years of experience as HR Specialist /liliExperience in HR Administration /liliExperience in Recruiting /liliStrong organizational and interpersonal skills /liliExperience working with Microsoft Office suite /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
