For our Italian organization, we are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. /ppIn this role, you will contribute to ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our supply chain, managing product supply and supporting product availability. You will play a key role in monitoring shipments and stock levels, managing supply-related activities and working closely with manufacturing sites, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Finance to ensure a smooth and efficient supply flow. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the product supply flow, liaising with manufacturing site planners to monitor shipments, deliveries, delays and potential supply issues. /liliOversee the customs clearance process in collaboration with external partners. /liliManage product labelling controls and the release of products from quarantine, in collaboration with the Quality team. /liliMonitor out-of-stock levels and prepare related reports. /liliManage AIFA communications related to out-of-stock situations, in alignment with Regulatory Affairs. /liliSupport Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Finance in new product launches, including GMID creation, forecasting activities and delivery follow-up. /li /ulh3Ideal Requirements /h3ulliAt least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain. /liliStrong analytical skills and attention to detail. /liliExcellent knowledge of Excel.
