From the outset, you will be engaged in advanced research activities exploring the chemical, physical, and mechanical properties of materials, collaborating with our global technical centers to align development tools and methodologies. Guided by your tutor, you will take part in dynamic and challenging projects ranging from analysis to industrialization,



driving improvements in quality and innovation. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL LEARN /h3 ul liDevelopment of tyre compounds according to product performance specifications. /li liResearch on fundamental and innovative know-how regarding the chemical, physical, and mechanical characteristics and properties of compounds and raw materials. /li liSupport for the industrialization of new compounds and raw materials. /li liTroubleshooting to assist operational units (O.U.). /li liDevelopment of cost-reduction plans. /li liDevelopment of projects related to Health and Safety and sustainability. /li liBenchmarking analysis of competitors. /li liAnalysis of tyre materials for quality improvement (failure analysis). /li /ul h3WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related fields. /li liKnowledge of chemical, physical, and mechanical characterization techniques for materials. /li liBasic knowledge of statistical analysis tools. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li /ul pWe are an equal opportunity employer and this search is open to all individuals, in compliance with the principles of equal opportunity and non-discrimination, pursuant to applicable laws and regulations. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
