We're driven by a shared passion to make a lasting impact on the healthcare industry, creating a space where both our team and our customers thrive. /p pAs our bSenior Full Stack Backend Engineer /b(all genders), you'll be responsible for secure, scalable feature development—owning the backend, shaping architecture, and mentoring the team. /p ul liFull Stack Development: Lead end-to-end feature development from concept to deployment, with a strong focus on security and scalability. /li liArchitecture Design: Drive architectural decisions to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and long-term system sustainability. /li liCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions support business objectives. /li liTeam Mentorship: Support junior developers through mentorship, fostering a culture of learning and innovation. /li liAutomation CI/CD: Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines to maintain high code quality. /li liTechnical Roadmapping: Contribute to planning by evaluating technical feasibility, estimating timelines, and identifying resource needs.
/li liIndustry Awareness: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve product and process efficiency. /li liTeam Culture: Promote a positive team atmosphere with humor and optimism, helping maintain morale and collaboration during high-pressure periods. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role. /li liSymfony: Extensive experience with Symfony, including deep knowledge of Doctrine ORM and key Symfony components (e.g., Security, Event Dispatchers). /li liDomain-Driven Design (DDD): Advanced understanding and practical experience with DDD principles. /li liSecurity: Awareness of security best practices for frontend and backend development, particularly when handling sensitive healthcare data. /li liTesting: Proficient in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests. /li liFrontend Development: Solid understanding of React.js, with the ability to improve frontend as needed. /li liDatabase Management: Strong experience with MySQL, including design, optimization, and management. /li liContainerization: Experience with Docker for managing development environments. /li liCI/CD: Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test,
