pThe candidate will contribute to the development and management of material innovation projects, primarily supporting the fashion, luxury and consumer goods sectors, with openness to new industries. The candidate will work on multiple projects with international clients, brands, suppliers, testing laboratories and industry working groups.Key activities include:br/ /pulliResearch and scout innovative materials, processes, and technologies across the fashion industry, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends. /liliResearching and studying the technical specifications of new materials. /liliCoordinating laboratory activities and testing processes, sample management and logistics with suppliers and labs. /liliCoordinating prototyping activities and the development of new products. /liliSupporting multi-stakeholder working groups on product durability and EU sustainability regulations (ESPR, PEFCR, EPR): collecting and consolidating contributions, preparing documentation. /liliStay ahead of sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices related to the fashion and automotive industry. /liliSupporting project planning and tracking of activities, deliverables and timelines; preparing reports and client materials. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3pbTechnical Skills and Requirements: /bbr/ /pulliDegree in Material Engineering, Textile Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent fields. /lili2 years of experience in similar roles within the industry. /liliUnderstanding of textile and/or leather chemical engineering, material science, and relevant production processes. /liliKnowledge of emerging material technologies and innovative processes within the fashion industry. /liliStrong organisational and project management skills. /liliKnowledge of EU sustainability regulations and testing standards is a plus. /liliStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret experimental data. /liliExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
