We are looking for a talented mid senior candidate with 3-5 years' experience to join us and support the Business Development and Regulatory Affairs Unit. /ph3Job Description /h3pShe/He will contribute to the identification, assessment, and development of new business opportunities arising from the evolution of energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and innovative energy technologies. The objective of the role will therefore be to analyse emerging market trends and regulatory developments, translate them into concrete business opportunities, and support the creation of new products, services, and commercial initiatives. She/He will work at the intersection of business development, regulation, and customer engagement, acting as a link between Commercial, Operations, Product Management, and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be expected to combine analytical thinking, curiosity, and strong interpersonal skills, continuously exploring new market opportunities and supporting their development from idea to execution. /pulliMonitor and analyse energy market developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory frameworks. /liliIdentify and assess new business opportunities arising from market and regulatory evolution. /liliSupport the development of innovative products, services, and commercial offerings. /liliContribute to business case preparation, market assessments, and investment evaluations.
/liliEngage with customers, partners, technology providers, institutions, and industry stakeholders. /liliSupport the development of strategic partnerships and collaborative initiatives. /liliAct as a point of contact between Commercial, Operations, Product Management, and Regulatory Affairs functions. /liliParticipate in customer meetings, workshops, conferences, and industry working groups. /liliSupport the growth of business initiatives related to energy flexibility, battery energy storage systems (BESS), electrification, cold ironing, demand response, distributed energy resources, and other emerging opportunities. /liliPrepare presentations, reports, and strategic analyses to support business growth. /liliDepending on experience, possibility to coordinate and manage projects and people. /li /ululli3- 5 years' experience in the energy sector. /liliStrong interest in business development, energy markets, and innovative energy solutions. /liliAbility to understand and assess the business implications of new regulations and market developments. /liliStrong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable interacting with customers, partners, and external stakeholders. /liliCurious, proactive, and willing to continuously learn new topics and sectors. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. /liliExperience in preparing business cases, market analyses, or strategic evaluations is considered a plus. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in evolving and fast-growing business environments. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /li /ulpLocation: Trezzano sul Naviglio/Milano /ppSalary range : 35 - 45k /ppThe compensation range indicated in the job posting represents an estimated average range for the position.
