pThe Provisioning Manager is responsible for leading geographically distributed provisioning teams and overseeing end-to-end logistics operations supporting high-volume device provisioning and distribution activities. /p pThis role combines strategic people leadership with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring that teams perform effectively across multiple regions, logistics projects are delivered successfully, and operations can scale in line with business growth and evolving client requirements. /p pThe ideal candidate is an experienced manager with a proven track record of leading large, diverse teams across different countries and time zones, delivering large-scale logistics and device deployment projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, operational discipline, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h31. People Management /h3 ul liLead, manage, and develop geographically dispersed provisioning and logistics teams operating across multiple countries, regions, and time zones. /li liEstablish clear team structures, responsibilities, performance expectations, and accountability frameworks. /li liDemonstrate strong leadership maturity and the ability to address difficult conversations, resolve conflicts, and make objective, timely decisions. /li liCoach and develop team leaders, supervisors, and individual contributors, building a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement. /li liManage workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity requirements, and succession planning in alignment with operational demand. /li liMonitor team performance through KPIs, productivity metrics, quality indicators, and service-level results, implementing corrective actions where required. /li /ul h32. Logistics Provisioning Operations Management /h3 ul liOversee end-to-end logistics and provisioning operations involving large volumes of devices, including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, device preparation, quality control, packaging, shipping, returns, and asset tracking. /li liLead complex logistics projects involving high device volumes, multiple destinations, tight deadlines, and changing client requirements. /li liPlan and coordinate operational activities to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of devices and related services. /li liDevelop scalable operational models capable of supporting business growth, increased volumes, new clients, and expansion into additional countries or regions.
/li liAssess existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, and operational resilience. /li liEstablish standardized procedures, workflows, capacity models, and resource allocation strategies across logistics and provisioning activities. /li liOptimize warehouse utilization, inventory accuracy, device flow, staffing models, and operational throughput. /li liAnticipate operational risks, capacity constraints, supply chain disruptions, and delivery challenges, implementing appropriate mitigation plans. /li liCoordinate cross-functional activities with clients, suppliers, procurement, warehouse teams, transportation partners, IT teams, and other internal stakeholders. /li liManage operational escalations, investigate recurring issues, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions. /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered. /li liSignificant experience in people management, operations management, logistics, provisioning, or supply chain operations, ideally at manager level. /li liDemonstrated experience managing large teams, including multiple team leaders, supervisors, or operational units. /li liStrong experience handling complex people-management situations, including conflict resolution, challenging employee behaviors, performance management, and organizational change. /li liProven experience managing large-scale logistics or device deployment projects involving high volumes of hardware and multiple destinations. /li liDemonstrated ability to design, improve, and scale operational processes to accommodate growing volumes and changing business needs. /li liExperience with workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity management, operational KPIs, and performance reporting. /li liStrong project and operations management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent activities and deliver against demanding timelines.
/li liExperience managing operational escalations, risks, dependencies, and competing stakeholder expectations. /li liStrong understanding of pharmaceutical clinical trial support environments and associated clinical technologies, including eCOA/ePRO solutions and related clinical trial systems (e.g., Atrium, Medidata Rave, IWRS/iXRS, IRT, EDC, CTMS, eConsent), including awareness of their operational impact on provisioning services and regulated support processes /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams and SharePoint and document management solutions /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization capabilities. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liFluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. /li /ul h3Diversity Inclusion /h3 pHere at the Stefanini Group, we value plurality and equity, regardless of race, sexual orientation, disability, age, ancestry, religion, gender, and nationality.
