With a highly skilled team of over 300 data engineers based in Europe, Agile Lab helps organisations with their data-driven transformation. /ppTake a look at our Handbook to discover our core values and processes. /ph3Salary and job classification /h3ulliBase salary: €26K - €40K /liliCCNL: Commercio /liliLadder: SRE I /li /ulh3The Opportunity /h3pAs a Junior Application Maintenance Engineer – SRE I, you will support the continuity, stability, and reliability of production services. /ppYou will handle first-level monitoring, troubleshooting, operational support, and application deployments with growing autonomy, involving senior colleagues when dealing with more complex issues. /ppYou will work closely with developers, senior SREs, and Operations teams on Azure-based data platforms. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide first-level technical support for Azure Synapse, SQL Pool, Data Pipeline Ingestion, Data Fabric, and Azure Functions. /liliMonitor Azure-based systems and applications by analysing logs, metrics, alerts, and service behaviour to identify anomalies, degradation, and recurring issues. /liliSupport troubleshooting and incident resolution activities, involving senior team members when needed. /liliSupport applications running on OpenShift through basic operational activities and troubleshooting. /liliPerform initial checks and issue investigation on Kafka-based systems, coordinating with senior engineers when required. /liliSupport application deployments from development to production, ensuring controlled and secure releases. /liliContribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, runbooks, operational procedures,
