Coesia operates in 34 countries with 21 different companies and employs over 8,000 people as of 2026. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThe role will support the coordination and execution of a large-scale transformation program and offers broad exposure to cross-functional initiatives, business performance monitoring and interaction with senior leadership. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the monitoring and coordination of activities across multiple program workstreams, ensuring alignment with overall transformation objectives; /li liAct as a trusted partner for workstream leaders, facilitating transparency, issue escalation,



and effective problem-solving; /li liSupport performance controlling activities by monitoring financial and operational targets and tracking progress against key objectives; /li liContribute to program planning and provide dedicated support to strategic and business-critical initiatives; /li liPrepare consolidated reports and management updates for senior leadership and Top Management; /li liFacilitate and moderate discussions with workstream leaders and management stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment; /li liCollect, analyze, and synthesize data to support decision-making and progress tracking across the transformation program. /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liAbout 2-3 years of experience in a similar role; /li liExcellent command of English; /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different organizational levels; /li liAnalytical mindset combined with a structured and proactive approach to problem-solving; /li liHigh level of adaptability and willingness to work in a dynamic and evolving environment; /li liWillingness to travel upon request (10% of the time). /li liStrong learning agility and continuous improvement mindset, demonstrating the motivation to challenge the status quo and contribute to organizational development. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 44.400, in line with experience.
