PTo strengthen our restaurant team, we are looking for a warm and professional Chef de Rang (m/f/d) who creates exceptional dining moments through a passion for Fine Dining, personalised guest care and impeccable service. /p h3Your Tasks /h3 ul liIndependently manage a service station and provide personalised attention to our guests throughout their restaurant experience /li liProvide professional and personalised advice on our menus, dishes and beverages /li liEnsure attentive and professional Fine Dining service /li liServe food and beverages professionally in accordance with our quality and service standards /li liPrepare and oversee your own station and ensure a perfect mise en place /li liAnticipate and fulfil individual guest wishes and contribute to special occasions and culinary experiences /li liGuide and support the Commis de Rang within your station /li liCoordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service operations /li liHandle high-quality products, materials and equipment responsibly /li liComply with our hygiene, quality and safety standards /li liWork closely with the Maître,
