You'll work on everything from UI/UX implementation to performance optimization, helping shape the future of decentralized communication. /p ul liProven experience with React/Preact and modern JavaScript/TypeScript in production-scale applications. /li liStrong competency in state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar). /li liAbility to write modular, maintainable, and well tested code. /li liSolid skillset in testing debugging complex frontend applications. /li liDeep interest or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems. /li liComfort working in a remote, globally distributed team; good communication skills. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with desktop application development (Electron, Tauri, or similar runtimes). /li liFamiliarity with video/audio APIs (WebRTC, media streams) and real-time communication. /li liDemonstrated ability to optimize UI performance: rendering, memory management. /li liExperience building cross platform applications (macOS, Windows, Linux, etc). /li liBonus: Past contributions to OSS projects, especially in P2P or decentralized tech. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
