N /p pPosition Type Management /p pPay Range: EUR 50.000 - 55.000 /p h3Overview /h3 pAt W Rome and The Rome EDITION, we are looking for a dynamic and service-driven IT Manager to lead the technology function across both luxury lifestyle properties. /p pThis Cluster role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, security, and continuous improvement of all IT systems, infrastructure, and user support functions while delivering an exceptional experience for associates and guests. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and oversee all hotel IT operations across both properties. /li liEnsure the reliability, security, and performance of network infrastructure, servers, business applications, and end-user devices. /li liSupport hotel operations through effective management of PMS, POS, finance, HR, and corporate systems. /li liLead IT projects, upgrades, implementations, and technology initiatives. /li liMaintain cybersecurity standards, data protection measures, and compliance with Marriott and EDITION brand requirements. /li liManage IT vendors, contracts, service providers, and equipment inventories. /li liProvide technical support and troubleshooting to hotel associates and leadership teams. /li liDevelop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. /li liMonitor technology-related expenses and manage departmental budgets. /li liTrain associates on IT systems, security awareness, and best practices. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience as an IT Manager, Assistant IT Manager in hospitality, highly preferred Marriott experience. /li liStrong knowledge of networks, Microsoft environments, servers, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and hotel technology platforms. /li liExperience supporting PMS, POS, and operational hotel systems. /li liExcellent problem-solving and project management skills.
