H3Scope Of The Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Production Planner that will be responsible for ensuring the effective coordination of production activities by balancing customer demand, material availability, and production capacity. The role will focus on delivering products on time while optimizing resources and maintaining alignment with company operational objectives. /p h3Scope Of The Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Production Planner that will be responsible for ensuring the effective coordination of production activities by balancing customer demand, material availability, and production capacity. The role will focus on delivering products on time while optimizing resources and maintaining alignment with company operational objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze the finished goods sales order backlog and coordinate with Customer Service regarding constrained delivery dates /li liPlan production through the scheduling system, with the primary objective of meeting delivery deadlines /li liIn agreement with the Supply Chain Manager, decide whether to increase or reduce production capacity and allocate workforce accordingly across both the warehouse and production lines /li liUpload machine setups whenever a new machine family is created /li liManage, once or twice a week, the release of updates to production order dates required for the picking of raw materials and semi-finished goods from the warehouse /li liReview and approve proposals automatically generated by the MRP system /li liCreate production orders for finished goods to be stockedChange order statuses from "Confirmed" to "Released" /liliCreate internal picking lists for raw materials and semi-finished goods warehouses /li liGenerate subcontracting orders, production orders,
and spare parts orders /li liCoordinate with the Purchasing Department to expedite subcontracted operations /li liOversee the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) /li liMonitor warehouse shipments through daily alignment with Customer Service to ensure compliance with committed shipping dates /li liLiaise with the raw materials warehouse, supporting the resolution of day-to-day operational issues /li liWork closely with the Production Manager to determine workforce allocation on production lines and to advance or postpone production batches according to material availability /li liManage and coordinate external subcontractors producing finished goods /li liCoordinate the year-end inventory count from an organizational perspective, working with external auditors and providing the required documentation /li liCoordinate with the Accounting Department regarding subcontractor purchase invoices, including extra costs and any supplier pricing discrepancies or data-entry errors /li /ul h3Key Competencies And Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field /li liPrevious experience in Production Planning within a manufacturing environment /li liGood proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel /li liStrong problem-solving skills /li liGood interpersonal and communication skills /li /ul pbPlace of work: /b Belforte del Chienti (MC), via E.
