PSince 2012, Khazna has become the leading wholesale data center provider in the Middle East and North Africa, delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure to support the region’s growing digital ecosystem. /p pWe are seeking an experienced bCustomer Success Manager /b to manage key client relationships from capacity planning and project delivery through to ongoing account management. /p pBased in bFerrera Erbognone, Italy /b, you will act as a trusted partner to key customers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to support future business growth. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liServe as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage ongoing relationships /li liUnderstand customer capacity, site selection, and future expansion requirements /li liLead and coordinate responses to RFIs, RFPs, and commercial discussions /li liDevelop business cases, management presentations,
and approval papers /li liManage project delivery against agreed milestones and ready-for-service dates /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements /li liManage escalations, reporting, and performance reviews /li liSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring /li liBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline /li li5+ years' experience in customer success, account management, client management, or a similar customer-facing role /li liExperience within data centres, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or project-driven environments is advantageous /li liStrong stakeholder management and project coordination skills /li liExcellent communication and relationship-building abilities /li liFluent English required; Italian and/or French language skills would be beneficial /li /ul pIf you enjoy building strong client partnerships and working across commercial, technical, and project teams to deliver successful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
