Senior Customer Finance Manager at Intuitive Surgical responsible for developing financial solutions and strategies to support da Vinci system sales. The role involves consulting with the capital sales organization, leading customer finance initiatives, and collaborating across functions to drive system placements and business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop strategic financial plans with capital sales organization to accelerate da Vinci system adoption
Lead customer-facing financial solution offerings including leasing, rentals, and customized finance programs
Conduct training programs for commercial teams on financing and system selling processes
Manage market portfolio and support cross-functional asset pool coordination




Partner with internal finance roles to deploy scalable processes and drive commercial finance growth
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in financing industry
Proven success in medical/med-tech or mid-sized international fast-growing companies
Ability to manage multiple concurrent transactions in dynamic, fast-paced environment
Fluent English verbal and written communication; additional European language preferred
Experience with geographically dispersed teams in international matrix organizations
Data analysis and business development experience in financial strategy
