/li liManage and coordinate international OEM suppliers /li liCoordinate cross‑functional teams involved in the assigned project (RD electronics, mechanics, firmware, manufacturing engineering, purchasing, quality). /li liOversee the creation, release, and maintenance of all technical documentation (specifications, BOM, test plans, reports). /li liSupport industrialization phases, ensuring smooth product start‑up and rapid issue resolution. /li liSupport DFMEA/PFMEA, design reviews, and risk mitigation strategies. /li liPromote continuous improvement initiatives in processes, tools, and design methodologies. /li liCoordinate root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving activities to address product performance, reliability, or quality issues. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. /p pWhat you should bring: /p ul liMaster’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. /li liExperience in mechatronic and/or electronic system design, development and industrialization /li liExperience of embedded systems, sensors, power electronics, and networking technologies /li liKnowledge of the main power conversion topologies; hands‑on design experience is a plus /li liKnowledge of the main motor control topologies; hands‑on design experience is a plus /li liAbility to write complete technical specifications for outsourced electronic project development /li liAbility to read, review,
and discuss electronic board schematics /li liFamiliarity with microcontroller programming; direct coding experience is a plus /li liFamiliarity with product safety, EMC, and regulatory standards. /li liBasic knowledge with PLM system (e.g., Windchill ) for managing product structures, engineering changes, and BOMs. /li liKnowledge of validation and testing methodologies for mechatronic/ electronic systems. /li liNice to have experience with DFMEA/PFMEA /li liProblem‑solving mindset and structured analytical approach /li liAbility to lead multidisciplinary teams in a structured product development process /li liKnowledge of MS Office and project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Smartsheet). /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €45,000 and €55,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
