H3About The Role /h3 pAs a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liPerform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. /li liConduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. /li liAssist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. /li liReview assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion. /li liSupport energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. /li liInspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. /li liUse existing procedures to solve straightforward problems. Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner.
/li liImpact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail. /li liDeliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. /li /ul h3What You’ll Need /h3 ul liHigh School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. /li liMeet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. /li liAbility to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. /li liCommunication skills to exchange straightforward information. /li liWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
