Join us and let's power the future together. /p h3Job Overview /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager - BESS to oversee contract management, production, logistics and commissioning for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Italy. /p pThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy project management, particularly battery storage, and will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards. EPC experience is highly preferred. /p pThis position is remote within Italy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead end-to-end project management of BESS projects, from initial contract negotiation through to commissioning and customer handover. /li liCoordinate project feasibility assessments, define project scope and delivery plans, and assemble cross-functional project teams. /li liCoordinate internal and external resources to meet customer requirements and achieve project objectives.
/li liLead cross-cultural teams and manage project quality, costs, schedules, communication and risks. /li liCoordinate internal teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. /li liManage project schedules and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards. /li liMonitor project progress, report on KPIs and resolve technical or logistical challenges. /li liSupport business development by providing technical input for new BESS opportunities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of experience managing BESS or other renewable energy projects, such as solar, wind or grid-scale storage, and at least 4 years of overall project management experience. /li liBusiness-fluent Italian and English; Chinese language skills would be a major plus. /li liA degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Project Management, or relevant experience in a related field. /li liStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills. /li liSolid intercultural communication skills. /li liExcellent problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving industry. /li liWillingness to travel regularly for business, up to 30% during peak periods. /li /ul pIf you're passionate about renewable energy and cutting-edge storage solutions, we'd love to hear from you! /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
