pSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: /p h3Title: Operations Analyst /h3 pDescription: bPosition Summary /bbr/The candidate will support the efficient execution of site activities by coordinating administrative processes, procurement support, supplier registration and local operational projects. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liProvide timely and accurate support for Purchase Order (PO) creation and processing in SAP. /li liSupport the registration and onboarding of new subcontractors and suppliers within TCI systems. /li liAssist Operations, Maintenance, and HSE teams in the implementation of local projects and improvement initiatives. /li liCoordinate project activities, monitor progress, and support communication among stakeholders.



/li liEnsure accurate and timely issuance of invoices and management of local administrative activities. /li liMaintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting ensuring compliance with company procedures. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liHigh school Diploma (Minimum) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering. /li liExperience with SAP and IVALUA is a plus. /li liStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. /li liGood communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
