pWe are looking for an experienced bSAP MDG AMS Analyst /b to support ongoing SAP Master Data Governance operations and application maintenance, with a strong focus on bMaterial Master /b. /ppThe role will involve managing production support tickets, troubleshooting issues, performing root-cause analysis, supporting minor enhancements, and assessing the impact of SAP patches and system changes. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide functional bSAP MDG application support /b, primarily focused on Material Master. /liliManage and resolve bincidents, service requests, and support tickets /b within agreed SLAs. /liliPerform troubleshooting and broot-cause analysis /b for incidents and recurring issues. /liliInvestigate master data issues and coordinate with business and technical teams to resolve them. /liliSupport bminor enhancements, configuration changes, and development activities /b where required. /liliPerform bimpact assessments for SAP patches, upgrades, fixes, and system changes /b. /liliSupport functional, regression, and user acceptance testing for changes and fixes. /liliMaintain clear documentation of incidents, solutions, changes, and support processes. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve system stability, support processes, and master data quality. /li /ulh3Key Skills Experience /h3ulliSolid experience with bSAP Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) /b. /liliStrong functional understanding of bMaterial Master /b.



/liliExperience in bSAP AMS / application support /b or a production support environment. /liliExperience with bticket and incident management /b and troubleshooting. /liliStrong broot-cause analysis /b and problem-solving skills. /liliExperience supporting bminor enhancements or configuration changes /b. /liliAbility to assess the impact of bSAP patches and system changes /b. /liliGood communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliSAP bS/4HANA /b experience. /liliExposure to SAP MDG configuration or development. /liliExperience with ServiceNow or similar ticket management tools. /liliKnowledge of other master data domains such as Customer, Supplier, or Business Partner. /liliExperience working in a large-scale SAP support or managed services environment. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3pA proactive SAP MDG professional who can take ownership of production support issues, work independently on problem resolution, and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. /ppThe ideal candidate will combine strong bSAP MDG and Material Master knowledge /b with practical experience in bAMS, ticket management, root-cause analysis, and system change impact assessment /b. /ph3Key Locations /h3pSpain Italy (Based on experience we can consider remote candidates based in Europe) /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
