Mandarin Oriental Milan is seeking a Groups Sales & Events Manager to lead groups, events sales and operations within the Events Department.
Based in Milan, you report to the Hotel Manager and drive a luxury client experience through a service-led approach.
The role requires 5+ years in groups/events/catering and conference services, fluency in English and Italian, and a flexible, multitasking leader who can coordinate site visits, tailor offers, and manage Banquet Event Orders with vendors.
