We are looking forward to getting to know you and soon welcome you as part of our team in Arbatax as: /ph3Hotel Manager Borgo Cala Moresca January2027 /h3pWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic bHotel Manager /b to lead the operations of Borgo and support its continued development and positioning within the resort. /ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational departments, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, driving financial performance, and building a strong service culture across the property. A key focus of this role will be the ongoing development and enhancement of the Borgo product, facilities, and guest experience. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all departments. /liliBuild up and further develop Borgo's identity, product offering, and service standards. /liliEnsure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistently high-quality guest experiences. /liliDrive operational excellence, productivity, and profitability. /liliManage departmental heads and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. /liliOversee budgeting,
