Alfamation has been a leading company since 1991 in the design and manufacturing of test solutions and equipment for the electronics, automotive, microelectronics, and optoelectronics industries.
Since 2024, Alfamation has been part of the Electronics division of inTEST Corporation, a multinational group headquartered in New Jersey and publicly listed in the United States.
Operating in a highly technological and innovative environment, we design and develop customized test solutions and equipment, supporting our customers throughout the entire process, from the initial definition of requirements to after-sales support.
For our Lissone (MB) site, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating, planning, and supervising the team's daily activities, ensuring an effective distribution of workloads.
- Overseeing the entire flow of goods, both inbound and outbound, ensuring compliance with deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Optimizing the warehouse layout,
including the vertical warehouse system, space utilization, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Ensuring the proper management of warehouse documentation and all related administrative activities.
- Defining, monitoring, and implementing key department KPIs to support continuous performance improvement.
- Preparing regular reports and analyzing operational data for Top Management.
- Ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements and applicable workplace safety regulations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the Odoo ERP system is considered a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management processes, procedures, and tools.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
