Then become part of our highly motivated team! /p pAs an International Service Technician, you will travel around the world to visit our customers and support them with new installations of our machines and technical problems. You will also ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during application training sessions. At the same time, you are the contact person and interface for all internal areas such as development, engineering, assembly, technical documentation and the demo center. /p h3Main Tasks /h3 ul liCarrying out service assignments (installation/customer briefing, repair assignments, maintenance, updates) worldwide /li liTelephone and remote support for fast and efficient problem solving and support of our service partners worldwide /li liDocumentation of service assignments (installation documentation, service reports, travel reports, entry in the software-supporting tools, etc.) /li liCollaboration in the other service areas (telephone service,
