You will also support the execution of performance, safety and reliability test on motors and components, as well as build prototypes of rotors, stators and complete motors, based on drawings, technical specifications, and requir /p pbWhat you will do: /b /p ul liBuild prototypes and samples of rotors, stators and motors, based on drawings, and technical specifications and requirements provided by Design Engineering /li liPerform performance, safety, and reliability tests on motors and components /li liManage the inventory of materials and components required for prototype and sample construction /li liPrepare and manage special packaging for the shipment of prototypes and samples /li liSupport Manufacturing in the build of Manufacturing Check Samples and Pilot Runs /li /ul pbWhat we are looking for: /b /p ul liTechnical High School Diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering /li liMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in building prototypes and samples, preferably involving electric motors or similar electromechanical products /li liAbility to operate winding, welding, and balancing machines,



as well as other equipment used in electric motor manufacturing /li liAbility to operate lathes and milling machines for the manufacture and modification of parts /li liBasic electrical knowledge /li liDemonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-marking, work quality, and to reduce costs.
