h3WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY: /h3 ul liResponsible to make sure that each property is managed throughout its lifetime including safety, compliance, maintenance and improvement to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business, colleagues, customers and other stakeholders /li liImplement relevant property management innovations, digital and technical solutions that meet the needs of the business and the many people /li liResponsible to optimize the efficiency of each property in a sustainable way /li liEnsure that colleagues, service providers and external partners have up-to-date awareness and understanding of all FM frameworks, guidelines and initiatives /li liResponsible for all activities related to long term planning, budget estimation, execution, follow up,



forecasting and reporting within the FM scope within the unit /li liImplement and evaluate supplier contracts at unit level in alignment with internal governance structure for supplier contracts to improve efficiencies/costs/equipment and quality /li liResponsible for managing and coordinating external suppliers on unit level /li liManage relationships with business owners within the unit to ensure business needs are met by collecting requirements, setting annual goals and periodic follow ups /li liResponsible for developing the team’s competence, performance and ensuring a succession plan in the unit /li /ul h3WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAU: /h3 #J-18808-Ljbffr
