Responsibilities
Execute sterile department operations with flawless execution
Monitor and enforce quality and safety standards throughout production
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on manufacturing excellence
Implement continuous improvement initiatives in assigned areas
Requirements
High school diploma
Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience
Strong understanding of sterile manufacturing processes
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to lift 25 kg and stand for extended periods
Strict adherence to GMP and safety protocols
