Establishperformancestandardsandjobdescriptionsforservicecolleagues,supportspecialpromotions,andengageinPRactivitiestoenhancetheHotel'simageandprofitability.
Maintainup-to-datedepartmentalSOPs,updateproceduresandensurecommunicationofchangestorelevantdepartmentsandcolleaguesinatimelymanner.
ExecuteassignmentsdelegatedbytheF&BDirector;,andfostersolidrelationshipswithotherdepartmentalmanagement.
AssistinconductingbriefingswithOutletManagers,interactingwithlocalcommunityrepresentativesandpotentialguests,andmonitorcompetitoractivitiestoinformstrategicimprovements.




MonitortheprofitabilityofF&Boutlets;,andprovidesolutionsforimprovementwhileensuringeachoutlet'sprofitability.
AidinthedevelopmentofideastoincreaseF&Bsalesproductivity;,planandimplementeffectivesalesandpromotionalactivities,andidentifymarketneedsandtrendsforbothResortguestsandthelocalmarket.
Contributetobuildinganefficientteamthroughtraining,development,safety,andwelfareinitiatives,andparticipateintrainingprogramstoimprovepersonalanddepartmentalstandards.
AssistinthetraininganddevelopmentofOutletManagers,ensurecompliancewiththeQualityManagementSystem(QMS),andpromoteawarenessofcustomerrequirementsthroughouttheorganization.
Provideongoingcoaching,counseling,anddisciplinetocolleagues,maintainappropriaterecordsofeducationandtraining,andensurestaffinglevelsandcompetencearesufficienttomeetorganizationalandcustomerneeds.
