We are selecting an ICT Support person to join our Technical Office. He/She will be included in the Digitalization group and will collaborate in the implementation and management of the company’s IT infrastructure. Work Tasks * Keep the company IT infrastructure updated and identify optizimation opportunities * Promote the use of new information technologies within the company, training company departments on their use * Support employees in resolving problems using software or devices * Provide hardware support to company staff * Draw up the necessary documentation Requirements * Experience with Operating Systems such as Windows Server, Linux * Knowledge of Computer Networks, including TCO/IP, DHCP, DNS protocols * Ability to configure and manage network devices, routers, switches,



firewalls * Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing concepts * Experience with storage, backup and disaster recovery technologies * Programming and scripting skills (e.g. Python, PowerShell) * Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices to protect systems and data * Good knowledge of English * Technical Diploma Classification * Place of work: Cittaducale (RI) * Working hours: tempo pieno * Contract type: “CCNL Metalmeccanico Confapi PMI” with level and remuneration commensurate with the candidate’s actual experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
