You will manage HR data, support the employee lifecycle, and ensure compliance with Italian employment law and company policy.
The role requires 2-3 days per week on-site at a club, with possible travel to UK events.
Fluency in Italian and English, solid HRIS knowledge, and strong customer service skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
