Barilla is seeking a Global Innovation Platforms Principal Technologist to join the Global Discovery Center in Parma, Italy.
This full-time, on-site role leads Discovery Platforms and NEXT projects, shaping strategy from opportunity framing through prototyping to scale-up, coordinating with Design Thinking, Marketing, Analytics, and external partners.
Candidates should have a Master's in Food Science & Technology with 7+ years in RD&Q;, strong project management, and fluency in English.
