For an established pharmaceutical company operating in an international environment, we are looking for a Senior Quality Control Leader to take responsibility for a complex Quality Control organization within a manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Quality Control organization.
Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
Oversee laboratory activities, investigations, deviations, CAPA, stability and analytical processes.
Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives within the QC function.
Support the evolution and digitalization of laboratory processes and systems.
Develop managerial capabilities within the team and contribute to talent development and succession planning.
Work closely with Quality,
Manufacturing and other site functions.
Contribute to broader site priorities and strategic projects.
Profile
Solid experience in Quality Control within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Proven experience in managing teams and complex laboratory activities.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
Strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in international and matrix organizations would be an advantage.
