Job Description
The Resources Empowerment and Development (R.E.D.) Program 2026 is designed for people who seek a performance-based culture that is built on meritocracy - ambitious, hard-working, passionate employees who deliver results will be rewarded. The ultimate goal is to create formed professionals to work in key teams as Manufacturing Scientists.
Location/Division Specific Information:
The Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Ferentino (80km from Rome), with more than 1.400 colleagues, is specialized in commercial contract manufacturing of sterile drugs, both liquid and lyophilized formulations, with an increasing focus on biologics.
Requirements:
- Degree in CTF, Chemistry, Biology or related field.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Motivated and eager attitude with a passion for ongoing growth and development.
- Ability to successfully implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
- Previous experience in the Pharma industry as long as international experiences will be considered a plus.
