Required Technical Skills: The resource MUST have the following skills and experience: Minimum five years of experience in application maintenance and general IT support;
Good working knowledge of client/server applications in a Windows/Linux environment;
Good working knowledge of Database Management;
Very good knowledge of English (both written and verbal) is required.
High school diploma
The resource SHOULD have the following skills and experience: At least three years of experience administering Microsoft Windows server, SQL Server databases and .NET applications.
Good working knowledge of MySQL, RedHat Linux server, and Drupal applications
Good working knowledge of global Active Directory Architecture, AWS and Azure
Familiarity with United Nations policy framework for International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) or compliant operational concepts and processes
Knowledge of another official United Nations language is desirable
Desirable certifications: Certifications and advanced training in Microsoft technologies
Certification and familiarity with ITIL concepts and processes
Teleworking Option: Yes, up to 1 day per week.
On-call requirements: One week per month (rotation is subject to the number of team members)
