OTB is seeking a Global Customer Insights Senior Analyst to safeguard CRM data governance and deliver unified customer insights. You will manage segmentation, build KPI dashboards, and support predictive analytics to guide commercial decisions across IT, Marketing and Retail.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure GDPR/privacy compliance, and contribute to Customer Engagement Programs including the Loyalty Program.
