-- SOL Group is looking for a Junior Technical Standards a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical) with a focus on Process Safety and/or Risk Analysis is a plus.
Professional experience: A few years of previous experience is a plus, ideally gained in the chemical-pharmaceutical or Oil basic knowledge of CAD applications is welcome.
Language skills: Good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken); knowledge of other foreign languages is an added value.
Soft Skills Relational and Communication Skills: Proactivity and assertiveness with internal and external stakeholders.
Organizational Autonomy: Aptitude for planning and independent management of assigned activities.
Teamwork and Collaboration: Propensity for coordination and cooperation in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to critically analyze and compare for improvement, in compliance with company regulations and standards.
Innovation Orientation: Propensity for developing tools/applications to support and automate activities, as well as for creating training content.
