At Johnson Experience: * Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in the Electrophysiology Field in clinical role.
SECTION 4: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS Required Knowledge * Technical and clinical skills in Electro-Physiology: basic clinical understanding and deep product knowledge allowing to support EP cases, understand new product needs, and convey information to different audiences (field organizations, customers) * Analytical thinking: systematic gathering, organizing and synthesizing of relevant information Strong project management experience in managing expectations of internal and external partners, including gathering deliverable requirements, and supporting business request.
* Customer and Marketplace: desire and ability to anticipate and address the needs of customers (internal or external) through timely program/project implementation.
* Communication/Presentation skills: ability to effectively explain, describe, and convey information in a variety of formal and informal presentation settings.
* Teamwork/Collaboration: intention and ability to work effectively with others toward shared goals.
Ability to manage team of Product manager(s)
