Job Description Lead the Group Finance function, overseeing Accounting, Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Financial Reporting and Financial Planning activities.
Coordinate and integrate the finance and administration teams across the Group's various entities, contributing to the development of a centralized and scalable operating model aligned with the Group's growth objectives.
Support management and shareholders in strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis, business insights and performance monitoring tools aimed at driving value creation.
Act as the primary financial counterpart to the Board of Directors, investors, financial institutions, auditors and external advisors.
