Solid understanding of semiconductor physics, with a focus on Silicon Carbide and power transistor structures.
Proficiency in circuit analysis and basic statistics.
Experience with power transistor characterization, particularly in SiC technology, and power device test methods.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
Familiarity with semiconductor assembly/testing production processes is a plus.
Knowledge of programming languages is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
The expected salary range for this position is € ************* gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role.
In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation,
this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks.
Placement within the range will depend on the candidate's profile and demonstrated competencies.
The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
