In this role you will support service orders, billing, and operational processes to ensure an excellent customer experience.
You will collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, Field Service, Finance and Support to process orders, issue invoices on time, and resolve issues.
You will maintain data quality across CRM/ERP and contribute to continuous improvement and forecasting.

ERP and service management platforms to execute operational activities and maintain data qualityCollaborate with Service Sales, Field Service, Service Delivery, Finance and Support to resolve process and system-related issuesSupport forecasting and reporting activities as requiredContribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfactionAct as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams for administrative topicsExperience in Business Operations, Customer Operations, Order Management, Service Administration, Billing, or similar operational roleBachelor's degree or xysqume equivalent (ITS) or high school diploma in AdministrationProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)In this role you will support service orders, billing, and operational processes to ensure an excellent customer experience.
