JOB PURPOSE -
Monitor, support, and administer enterprise-wide network infrastructure including Global WAN, wired and wireless LAN, and data center networks. Ensure operational stability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring, firewall administration, incident response, and adherence to ITSM processes.
Technical Skills & Requirements
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals • Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and wireless networking • Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst, Data Center switches, routers, and firewalls • Hands-on Cisco IOS and NX-OS operating systems • Knowledge of routing protocols: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP • Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama • Experience with FortiGate Firewall. • Aruba Central (Wifi & Switches) • Network Access Control (NAC ) • Experience using ServiceNow and Jira and Fresh Service ticketing systems
