Your managers will bring you their hardest people questions: how to grow their teams, keep their best people, handle difficult conversations, pay fairly, and organise their teams as they scale.Every Lexroom employee has two People contacts.
People Operations takes care of contracts, payroll and admin.
You take care of everything about managing, growing and keeping people.We're also running our core HR cycles for the first time, so you'll help design them as well as run them.What you'll doOwn the people agenda for your client groupRun performance, engagement, compensation and promotion cycles, and help improve how we run themShape how your teams are organised as they grow: structures, roles, reporting lines, reorgsCoach managers on their teams and on difficult conversationsHandle employee relations,
