You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving contract renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and generating new business opportunities.This role reports directly to the SVP of Revenue and requires presence in our Milan office.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount ManagementManage and nurture relationships with assigned accountsConduct regular customer meetings and reviews to understand business needs and satisfactionLead contract renewals and negotiationsIdentify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsEnsure customer success and drive retentionMaintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)New Business DevelopmentIdentify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territoriesProactively reach out to prospects via email, calls,
and social platformsBuild and nurture pipeline of qualified prospectsClose new business deals in assigned territoriesWhat We're Looking ForExperience3+ years in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in technology/SaaSExperience managing mid-market accounts or a portfolio of customersFamiliarity with video streaming, CDN, or media technologies is a plusSkillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenFluent in English and Italian (required)Strong business development and lead generation skillsStrong negotiation and contract management abilitiesCRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Strong organizational and time management skillsProven ability to manage customer relationships and drive renewalsPersonal AttributesGoal-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborativeStrong relationship-building and problem-solving skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environmentDetail-oriented with excellent follow-through on commitmentsProfessional demeanor with strong organizational disciplineReports ToSVP of RevenueWhat we offerSalary range: 35.
