Already trusted by leading telecom, insurance, and financial companies, Syllotips turns AI from a static tool into a compounding advantage.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Freelance Designer to become a creative partner to the team, helping shape how Syllotips shows up across touchpoints.This is not execution-only work: we are looking for someone who understands how to make complex ideas clear, credible, and visually distinctive.You will work across social, web, campaigns, and events, translating our positioning into strong visual assets.Motion and video are becoming increasingly central to how we communicate, so the ability to bring assets to life (also using the latest AI tools) is a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign social media content: posts, carousels, and thought leadership visualsCreate and iterate on website assets: landing pages, feature visuals, UI elementsDevelop campaign visuals for product launches and demand generationProduce event materials: booth assets, presentations,
and branded collateralEnsure visual consistency across all touchpoints while evolving the brand identityCollaborate with the Growth & Marketing team on briefs, iterations, and feedback(Plus) Create motion/video assets: short-form video, animations, product visualsRequired Experience and SkillsExperience designing for B2B brands—you understand clarity, credibility, and audience expectationsStrong portfolio across social, web, and campaign design (SaaS or tech is a plus)Ability to maintain and extend a visual identity across formats and channelsComfortable working in fast-moving startup environmentsStrong taste and judgment—knowing when to simplify, when to emphasize, and when to push creativelyFamiliarity with AI-powered design toolsFluent Italian; English C1+PlusMotion and video skillsExperience working closely with Marketing or Growth teamsExperience in AI, SaaS, or technical productsInterview ProcessDiscovery Interview (30 min): conversation about your background, portfolio, and past design experiencePortfolio Review & Case Study (45 min): walkthrough of previous work plus a short design challengeFinal Interview (45 min): conversation focused on mutual fit, ways of working, and potential collaboration scopeWhat We OfferCompensation: Starting from €2,500/month for a 25+ hours/week engagement, depending on experience and scopeEngagement type: Freelance / contractorTime commitment: Minimum 25 hours per weekCollaboration: Regular participation in Growth & Marketing team calls and strategic planning sessionsLocation: Fully remoteApplicationIf interested, send your application to: ******
