Eddyfi Technologies is seeking a Customer Care Technician to provide worldwide technical support in collaboration with the Customer Care Manager and technical team. You will diagnose and document issues, and feed back to R&D; to improve products. You will also support field installations and deliver customer training when needed, while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
