Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a highly systematic Lead Creative Producer to own and scale ad creative for our core D2C subscription product.
You will lead ~10 people, own the creative strategy, and ensure every ad meets quality standards and compliance across networks.
You will report to the CMO and UA Lead, shaping concepts, directing the team, and driving performance with data-backed decisions.
This is a high-impact, remote-ready leadership role with bonuses tied to targets.
