Purpose
Provides a wide variety of secretarial duties/functions as a support to the department/building.
Qualifications
Requires 3-5 years experience as secretary/administrative assistant.Previous school secretarial experience preferred. Proven computer usage as could be obtained by 1-2 years of experience, including MicrosoftOffice: Word, Excel and Power Point.Ability to successfully interact and build relationships with a variety of individuals, such as students, parents, staff,
community members, etc., as evidenced by previous customer service experience.Flexibility to handle multiple tasks in a composed and timely manner. Ability to be a team member. Excellent oral, writtenand interpersonal communication skills Attention to detail, problem solvingand organizational skills required with the ability tomaintainconfidentiality and professionalism. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as may be determined to be appropriate and acceptable.
