You will join the Office Incentive Systems, supporting the team, working in a consultancy, oriented manner in managing various remuneration related topics and projects simultaneously What you’ll be doing * Support to the Remuneration Committee * Definition of the Remuneration Policies at Group and Company levels * Design of specific incentive systems at Group and Company levels * Support in compliance and audit processes Who we’re looking for * Knowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services businesses (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP_IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITIS V) * Knowledge of short term incentive system * Knowledge of long term equity based system * Strong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint) * Performance measurement skills * Analytical skills (Excel; Access)
