We are looking for a remote Customer Service Representative to support our sales team in managing customer relationships and the end-to-end order process in a dynamic, international environment. This is a temporary position for 12 months. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the entire order process as the primary point of contact for customer order-related activities * Build and maintain professional relationships with customers through multiple communication channels (phone,
email, digital systems) * Enter new orders, handle changes and cancellations, coordinate with plants to ensure on-time shipments, and resolve any issues * Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure correct invoicing, compliance with customer-specific requirements and high customer satisfaction * Update and maintain accurate customer master data and provide backup support to other Customer Service colleagues when needed QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in an administrative/commercial field * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer focus and attention to detail in an international, multicultural environment * Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage changing priorities * Proficiency with common IT tools (Microsoft Excel and Word); e
