/p h3Responsibilities /h3 pAccountable for: /p ul liApplying the standard processes and related methodologies and tools to ensure domain efficiency within projects development.
/li liDefining, developing and sharing reusable "test patterns" depending on the TDS organization.
/li liPromoting continuous improvement initiatives in the team depending on the TDS organization.
/li liManaging the traceability and configuration of tools used by the team depending on the TDS organization.
/li /ul pResponsible for: /p ul liAssigning the resources (staff, ...)
for executing projects testing activities.
/li liManaging the workload, including the subcontracted part (technical assistance or work?package) depending on the TDS organization.
/li liContributing to the subcontracting strategy in liaison with Sourcing.
/li liEvaluating performance and setting objectives for the team.
/li liDefining the training plan appropriate to the team's needs and Alstom strategy.
/li liProposing to the Site CV Manager the investments necessary to ensure deliveries on projects conducted by the Site.
/li liManaging scope by using regularly updated KPIs related to the domain.
/li liKeeping informed of the QCD of projects the team contributes to, in order to propose improvements if necessary.
/li liInitiating and following up action plans to solve issues common across projects and/or improve results in projects.
